Common questions

Do you store downloaded files?

No. The Pin page is processed temporarily to locate public media, and files are streamed without being stored by NoFussKit.

Can I download any Pinterest content?

Only download content you own, content with permission, or media whose creator allows downloading. Private and restricted Pins are not supported.

Which Pinterest links work?

Use the URL of one public Pin, not a board, profile, search page or home feed. Standard pinterest.com Pin links and shortened pin.it links are accepted.

The Pin must be visible without signing in. Private, deleted, age-restricted or region-restricted content cannot be retrieved.

Formats and available quality

NoFussKit reads the media variants made available by the public Pin page. Video is normally delivered as MP4, images as JPG or WebP, and animations may be available as GIF.

When several sizes exist, the result panel lists them so you can choose. The tool does not invent resolution or upscale a low-quality source.

Privacy and temporary processing

Pinterest links require temporary server processing because browsers cannot reliably read every public Pin page directly. NoFussKit does not create a download history or permanently store the media.

The resulting file is streamed to your device. Avoid pasting private links or links containing information you do not want processed.

When a Pin cannot be downloaded

First open the Pin in a private browser window. If it is not visible there, the downloader cannot access it either. Then confirm that you copied the individual Pin URL.

If Pinterest has temporarily limited requests, wait one minute and try once more. A Pin whose creator removed the original media may still show a preview but provide no downloadable file.
